Investigation Committee for the Background of Zhang Hongbao’s Serial Cases:
We have just heard that you are establishing the Committee to Investigate Mr.
Zhang Hongbao’s Serial Cases, to counter the Chinese Communist Party’s attempt t
to organize false evidence in order to extradite Zhang Hongbao. Establishing
this is the best moral support and spiritual inspiration for Mr. Zhang, who
still conducts the China Shadow Government, even though he carries the burden of
a almost twenty lawsuits.
Mr. Zhang has continued to strive in these efforts, despite a vicious stream of
attacks after he landed in the U.S. The China Shadow Government was registered
in Washington D.C., in November 2002, to begin operations on March 18, 2003.But
it abruptly had to delay until August 8th, because the so-called “kidnap case”
happened suddenly on March 15th, which Sabotaged the interned opening of March
18th. In one year, Mr. Zhang has been challenged by numerous lawsuits. He had to
go to court nine times against nine lawsuits, which were designed to wear him
out. Although this can not really influence the operation of our China Shadow
Government, the difficulties which it presents you can imagine.
Zhang Hongbao’s serial cases of multiple cases has emerged against a clearly
political background since the open involvement of a woman who is also the major
suspect in luring Wang Bingzhang into a position which led to his kidnapping and
arrest. We believe the CCP has directly cut into this situation by organizing
false evidence against Mr. Zhang. Now we can at least draw one conclusion: the
opposing Communist Political force, which regards Mr. Zhang and his China Shadow
Government as an enemy, is using the American legal system to subvert his
activities and resources. They believe that there is no punishment for false
accusation, so they developed this scheme of the Zhang Hongbao’s Serial Cases,
hoping to cause the outcome of the cases to develop badly for him.
As the multiple cases are unfolding, we see your sense of justice and wise
behavior. We are deeply moved by your action for justice. By approaching the
background of the cases, you can pursue the root, and reveal the truth. In
finding the connected sequence of events, you can expose the planners, find the
manipulator, and protect the innocent. If American Courts and juries can get rid
of the misleading character assassin of Mr. Zhang, created at the political
level, then this will protect the opportunity for the cases to have a fair
outcome, preserving justice in American law. What you are doing not only
protects Mr. Zhang, but also supports the China Shadow Government. The more
profound effect is that, is supporting Zhang, you help to suppress the long
reach of Jiang Zemin and to expose the Chinese autocratic government’s brutal
persecution of political dissenters, and to promote the program of the Chinese
democracy movement.
We appreciate the team you have made. There are so many able people and capable
leaders, and social groups with strong effective influence, who have joined the
team. We can feel their righteous power and cohesive force. We would like to say
thank you very much whatever the results turn out to be.
