Chinese Government

Zhang Hongbao, the founder of Zhong Gong, a Mainland China Qigong Organization,
has issued a statement after being released on bail, claiming that he had
defeated Chinese government’s accusation and was now a free man.
An open letter from Zhang Hongbao to the United Nations Human Rights Commission
stated that he has now regained his freedom, the world of liberty would no
longer believe Beingjing’s accusation on him, and he had defeated Beijing’s
oppression and denouncement against dissents.
After being kept in prison for fifteen months in Guam, an US territory, Zhang
Honbao was released yesterday but required to keep in touch with the USINS until
his appeal of asylum application is processed.
