The Honorable Mr. President Clinton:
Please allow me to express our highest regards to you on behave of all the
members of ADC-CLDP of our European Branches.
Recently we learned that Mr. Zhang Hongbao, founder of Zhonghua Life
Preservation and Mental Cultivation Qigong (ZhongGong) is on-hunger strike in
the prison of Guam. We hope that Mr. President can use your power and influence
to stop the law violating conduct of the Immigration Bureau of Guam. According
to the Law of the United States, Mr. Zhang Hongbao should have been set free.
The Law is holy, serious, and the highest. We the Overseas Chinese Democratic
Activists are fighting to realize this ideal. Mr. Zhang Hongbao and we sincerely
hope that we can receive understanding and hope from Mr. President.
