The incident that Peng Ming was arrested and extradited to China has been generating a lot of bubbles for almost a month now. In the meantime, we¡¯ve been tracking the information and investigating, observing and researching cautiously all the time. We¡¯ve seen through the Chinese official propaganda and some foggy plots some people have been making; we¡¯ve seen through how CCP has been firing up a ¡°Limit-exceeding Campaign¡± against the overseas Chinese dissidents; we¡¯ve seen clearly where Peng Ming Incident locates in the trawl that CCP has been knitting and designing for handling overseas Chinese dissidents; we¡¯ve also seen clearly CCP¡¯s strategic pattern used repeatedly in luring heavyweight political leaders in recent years. When we put all these pieces together, we recognized the same faces that have shown up in these luring traps. We have been looking into these and trying to learn a lesson from them.
Here is the joint announcement on Peng Ming Incident:
I. Peng Ming Incident of being arrested and extradited was a well-planned act of trapping, and of a political persecution.
A. Prior to the incident
We found a certain person who claimed to be a lawyer signed an agreement with Peng Ming for purchasing Chinese Federal Government for $400,000. This way, Peng Ming would get the ¡°capital money¡± he needs to buy counterfeit RMB notes which foreshadows Peng Ming¡¯s ¡°crime of counterfeit RMB¡± later.
After that, we saw that another person who claimed to be a lawyer in Oakland, made a woman writing testimony that Peng Ming was planning of making counterfeit RMB, in order to get ¡°proof¡± of Peng Ming¡¯s ¡°crime¡±. They were just waiting to catch Peng Ming ¡°on the spot¡±.
Then, we saw that somebody offered two pieces of information to Peng Ming: first, the Minister of Finance of Burmese Military government would like to offer financial aid and gave away a very large piece of land to Peng Ming for free. He invited Peng to meet him. Secondly, a beautiful woman was going to come from Mainland China and accompany Peng to go meet the Minister.
B. During the incident
First, the beautiful woman (It is said to be Peng¡¯s girlfriend or fianc¨¦e) ¡°paid with a hundred Yuan counterfeit note for shopping¡± and was followed to the hotel. Peng Ming was therefore implicated and arrested. This was amazingly same with the case of Wang Bingzhang¡¯s trapping.
As a result, Peng Ming was forced to admit the crime of huge amount of counterfeit notes and therefore was sent back to China.
C. Afterwards
At first, the press was overwhelmingly in agreement: Peng Ming was arrested for involvement in the crime of huge amount of counterfeit notes---which matched perfectly with the previous rumor that Peng Ming was making counterfeit notes.
Then, it was all acclamations and attacks on Peng Ming¡¯s human weaknesses.
Then, that beautiful woman was quietly ¡°released¡±, just like the woman in Wang Bingzhang case.
Then, surprisingly, we saw the lawyer in the deal of $400.000 with Peng Ming stepping out to defend Peng Ming, proving that he absolutely has nothing to do with trapping Peng Ming.
Following the sequential line of these incidents, it is not difficult to find the following problems:
1. 500,000 RMB notes are quite a bulk. After ¡°9.11¡±, the security check at the customs in every country has been very tight. It is impossible for Peng Ming to bring such a bulk of money from USA by air and the beautiful woman from Mainland China couldn¡¯t possibly bring so much money to Peng Ming through the security check at the customs. We can say, at the time of being arrested, it is impossible for Peng Ming to have 500,000 RMB notes with him.
2. The lures that attracted Peng Ming to go to Burma alone were: the financial aid from the Minister of Burma and the beautiful woman who was said to come. This is the same in trapping Wang Bingzhang, by taking advantage of our human weakness.
3. At the time when Peng Ming was arrested or afterwards, it was possible that huge amount of counterfeit money was there, but this was just framing tricks. Only when they snapped onto the ¡°crime of counterfeit RMB¡±, they can make people believe ¡°reasonably¡± that Peng Ming deserves the punishment; only when they snapped onto the ¡°crime of counterfeit RMB¡±, they can paint their political rivals as criminals; only when they snapped onto the ¡°crime of counterfeit RMB¡±, they can achieve the goal of sentencing Peng Ming to life in prison, just like Wang Bingzhang. Only this way, they can completely eliminate the ¡°tumors¡± in the heart of CCP.
II. We think
1. Peng Ming Incident was the realization of a well-designed trapping plan.
2. The motivation of trapping Peng Ming couldn¡¯t be counterfeit notes, but because Peng Ming set up Chinese Federal Government and was elected the Interim President. It was a completely political incident of persecution. It is the same in nature with the trapping incident in 2001 that aimed at Zhang Hongbao which was known to very limited few (occurred in Germany, failed), also the same with the trapping of Wang Bingzhang in 2002 (in Vietnam, succeeded). Both Zhang Hongbao and Wang Bingzhang are heavyweight political leaders capable of setting up rival party governments.
III. Therefore, we request
1. CCP government unconditionally releases Mr. Peng Ming, the interim President of Chinese Federal Government, and stops the political persecution to Peng Ming.
2. Appeal to US Congress to pay attention to the trapping of Peng Ming and to adopt active measures to rescue Peng Ming.
3. Overseas Chinese alignment should get united, in recognizing the whole situation, in keeping in mind of the interests of the alignment, in trying to look at the circumstances in the eyes of statesmanship, in leaving behind the old scores, in trying to pay virtues to evils, in order to rescue Peng Ming, to disclose CCP¡¯s scheme in recklessly persecuting political dissidents, to get together to denounce CCP¡¯s national terrorism.
