Today we are all delighted at the news that the
Investigation Committee for the Background of Zhang Hongbao’s Serial Cases was
officially established. We, International Zhong Gong Headquarters, Inc., on
behalf of 38 million Zhong Gong followers, herein express our sincerest
appreciation to all the individuals and groups that form the committee. We are
thankful for your support and efforts to maintain the dignity and justice of
law.
Mr. Zhang Hongbao is a spritual leader of our Zhong Gong. The dictators of China
are frightened of Mr. Zhang’s charisma, ability to gather and offer sensible
instructions to followers, and various other achievements. Jiang Ze Min’s
dictatorship has always considered Zhang Hongbao a political foe and classified
Zhong Gong as an organization “with anti-revolutionary tendency”. Ever since
1995, Jiang Ze Min’s dictatorship has continuously persecuted Mr. Zhang and the
Zhong Gong group. A manhunt to capture and execute him, and efforts to ruin his
fame are a few examples of such tactics.
In Guam, Jiang Ze Min’s dictatorship forged evidence implicating him in a crime
leading to his imprisonment for 44 days. After the US government had granted
Zhang political asylum, Jiang’s dictatorship activated its ageants in US who
invented a series of cases to drain Mr. Zhang of his resources and destroy his
reputation. The purpose of this vicious campaign is to prevent the
reorganization and hence empowerment of Zhong Gong overseas. CCP ageants bribed
staff of Zhang to bear false witness against him, and planting false followers
in Zhang Gong. In a matter of three years, 20 fraudulent lawsuits were filed
against Mr. Zhang Hong Bao. The seemingly absurd number of fraudulent lawsuits
makes one wonder if this is some sort of record. One incident which stands out
is a lawsuit filed against Mr. Zhang based on evidence previously dismissed by
US authorities. The purpose of such legal machinations is to obtain a
Restraining Order against Zhang through treading on the US court and judges.
Such tactics have unfortunately proven successful in the past. It is evident
that the series of cases are an abuse of US judicial system. It ruins the image
of US courts and judges who are known to be prudent.
Jiang’s regime understands that there is no extradition agreement between the
two nations so it is impossible to extradite him. Then they maliciously plotted
even more maliciously a heavy criminal offense case, which finally put Mr. Zhang
into prison, depriving him of his legal status which could lead to his
deportation to China.
However, justice will finally win over evil. Today some overseas individual
talents and social resources finally stand up for justice and have started to
take action. We are confident that the establishment of this organization, Zhang
Hong Bao Cases Inspection Committee will finally discover the truth and retain
the dignity of US law, courts and judges. It will finally disclose all the
political plots of Jiang Ze Min’s dictatorship and the true face of his
gangsters in the US.
Investigation Committee for the Background of Zhang Hongbao’s Serial Cases as
well as its members and groups will blaze a new path in the Chinese democracy
movement.
