Secretive Trade between US and China: Yang Haiping Leaked it out

Yang Haiping claims to be an insider of FBI. Maybe, maybe not.

At the early stage of Zhang Hongbao serial cases, he was sympathetic and supportive to Zhang Hongbao, openly. In early August 2003, after meeting Zhang Hongbao, he felt more strongly that this serial of cases was deliberately designed by somebody. It’s not a simple case.

A month later, Yang’s mother called from China and demanded him to make a trip back to China. Well, in September, Yang went to China to visit his mother. The minute he arrived at the airport, he was picked up by National Security Bureau people. In the next two weeks, these NSB people accompanied and accommodated him throughout the whole trip. According to Yang, his mother is Taiwanese and invested heavily in China. In August 2003, his mother was summoned by NSB people and was threatened that if she wouldn’t let her son come visit China, all her invested interests will not be secured.

At her wits end, Yang’s mother had to ask Yang go back to China as soon as possible with a false excuse. According to Yang, NSB people told Yang about every one of the overseas political leaders’ privacy and “crimes”, and told him to keep a distance with them and stop contacting with them. Among all these, they spent more time talking about Zhang Hongbao’s serial cases than anything else.

Once Yang returned to US, we saw him helping Peng Ming and Yan Qingxin reach a secretive agreement, and at an amazing speed, divided up the $2,250,000 that Zhonggong designated to support democratic movement. During the process of dividing up, on the surface, Yang didn’t get even one cent, yet he signed every check! This is exactly the vicious point---he is the leading culprit of the crime! Due to his act, everyone related became criminals in dividing up democratic funds and every one of them was involved into the same crime---how will any one of these people face the democratic movement? Everyone became a criminal; and the infusion from Zhang Hongbao and Zhonggong into Chinese democratic movement was totally wasted and Zhonggong lost the opportunity to get back the money stolen by Yan Qingxin!

One arrow shot three birds at once!

Soon, we saw Yang Haiping who claims to be an insider of FBI talked to US legislation and FBI about his own opinion: Zhang Hongbao’s criminal case has nothing to do with politics. Zhang Hongbao did beat somebody; US may grant political asylum, but can’t make sure Zhang doesn’t violate the law and to deal with this kind of people, US should send him back to China.

Then, Yang suggested to US legislation and FBI: in order to get evidence for “Zhang Hongbao’s criminal case”, US legislation and FBI should go to China to get the evidence, to prove that Zhang has always been this way: beat up women in the day and uses women at night. Yang complacently leaked the news out: his suggestion was adopted and US legislation and FBI had sent people to China to get the evidences. And CCP has had all the “evidences” ready. At present, these evidences have been transferred to US legislation.

On April 21, this year, Mr. Robert Miller, the director of FBI and the director of Chinese police Zhou Yongkang had a meeting. Yang complacently claimed that he was the go-between. This meeting is just like the meeting between Jiang Zemin and the director of INS on June 12 (the day before Zhang Hongbao was granted political asylum. ) 2001, the main theme of the meeting was about how to bring Zhang Hongbao back to China by using US-China legal agreement.

Yang Haiping claims to be the insider of FBI and now he is working for CCP’s “911 Office” (which was made up of able hands from Chinese police and NSB, just to handle Zhang Hongbao). Who is he?
