At the same time, CCP fabricated rumors to spread among the remaining members, causing a lot of confusion. In order to help Zhonggong members in mainland China to know the truths of Zhang Hongbao and Tianhua culture, some Zhonggong members initiated and organized Tianguang team in 2003 by themselves and took the risk in downloading related info from the internet and functioned as a communication media. According to a certain source, 40 of Tianguang team members have been searched, summoned, supervised or arrested.
