International Zhonggong Headquarters Was Invited
to Attend the 35th Anniversary Ceremony of Japan Culture Promoting Association
in Tokyo

Dec. 4th: at 4:30 pm, Dec. 2, 2004, the 35th Anniversary Ceremony of Japan
Culture Promoting Association was grandly held in Akasaka Prince Hotel in Tokyo.
The ceremony was filled with a grand and enthusiastic atmosphere.
The hosts of this ceremony are the famous Japanese actors Mr. Ishiyama, Mr.
Sanyutei, Mr. Fuji, and Ms Miura; the people who were present are Mr. Fushimi
(royal family), the President of Japanese Cultural Promotion Association; Mr.
Rokujyou (royal family), the honorary president; Mr. Akio (former Fu-gang
Supreme Court Judge), the director of Japanese Cultural Promotion Association;
the honorary director (Former Prosecutor of Supreme Court), and Mr. Sankatu
(also the founder of Japanese Cultural Promotion Association), the executive
director. The supporting organizations are Mr. Tutumi director of National Youth
Healthy Development Association; Mr. Ishii, president of World Women Peace
Promotion Financial Group; Ms Izumo of International Psyche Study and Research
Financial Group; Dr. Fukurou, of NPO Person Japanese Research Association; Mr.
Shirakura, executive director, of Japanese Journalists Club (Director of
Jing-tian News Agency); Takasima Ekidan Souhonka President: Mr. Takasima; Global
Rainboe-ship General Director Mr. Gomi; Zenkoku Katteren Assosiation Chairman:
Mr. Hikari; Mr. K Xiyali, representative of New York Headquarters; Mr. M. H ,
representative of L.A. Headquarters; Mr. Wang Zhaoji, representative of Taiwan
Headquarters; Mr. Bai Manyou, representative of South Korean Headquarters; Mr.
Tang Enjia of Hong Kong Headquarters; Mr. P.D. A of Indian Headquarters; Ms. Liu
Xiuzhen, representative from Taiwan branch of World Women Peace Promotion
Financial Group; Mr. Naika , the executive director of World Religion
Federation; Mr. Kakumu, the president of World Qi-gong Association and Ms Abe
representative from Pelpola Vipassi Thero Financial Group Headquarters and
others. At this great gathering, about 1,500 people from over 300 organizations
attended the ceremony; and the guests range from all walks of like, such as
politics, financial groups, arts, and diplomats and performers from Sri Lanka
and Cambodia. The ceremony was most grand and most successful.
International Zhonggong Headquarters was invited to attend this ceremony for the
first time and therefore special representatives were sent to the gathering. At
the meeting, Mr. Naika, the executive director of the World Religion Federation
and Mr. Siramine the president, on behalf of the World Religion Federation which
is made up of 138 organizations multi-country, multi-religion, presented Award
“World Peace Service” and the titles of “Kourin Great Master” to Mr. Zhang
Hongbao, in order to praise Hongbao Hierophant and his profound accomplishments
in Qi-gong Practice field, also for the fact that Hongbao Hierophant has pointed
out the enlightened holy path to the sacred field of World Peace for the world.
Japanese Cultural Promotion Association was founded by Mr. Sankatu in 1971. The
first Prime Minister, His Hiness Higasi Kunino Miya Naruhiko who is from the
royal family, was the first President, and Mr. Yamada the President of Hanazono
University was the first director; Mr. Yamada, Mr. Asahi and Mr. Yosimura were
the highest advisors. Since 2001, Mr. Mr. Fushimi (royal family) has been the
President, Mr. Issyou (Honorary Professor of Kyoto University) has been the
director; President of International Undergraduates University has been the
international advisor, and Mr. Sitida (director of Qi-tian Kindergarten) has
been the deputy director.
Japanese Cultural Promotion Association aims at rejuvenating and enhancing
native Japanese culture, so as to popularize and spread it; and works at
promoting goodwill and friendships among the international society, to promote
international civilization level.
The principles of this ceremony are: when we re-establish the basic concept of
“the whole human kind pursues freedom and peace”, we are laying foundation for
the correct path to freedom and peace which is based on such a concept. We will
hold high of the banner of freedom and peace, hoping the whole world will
joyfully gather together and stride for the paradise of real freedom and peace.
How to realize this goal is the key of this ceremony and significant subject.
In order to realize this goal, Japanese Cultural Promotion Association offers
this platform for the people from all the countries who are praying for freedom
and peace, in order to promote friendly communications among all nations and to
deepen mutual understanding and trust between different native cultures. It
holds international meetings, hoping to get best co-operation from all nations;
it set up “Japanese Cultural Promotion Association International Cultural
Award”, to commend those who are outstanding in contributing to the world
freedom and peace, at the same time, created highly valuable culture; also to
commend those who made great contributions silently. This Association firmly
believes: only when we uplift the spiritual culture and establish the
genuineness and kindness among all human kinds, we can hope to achieve real
freedom and peace in the world.
The ceremony began in a very solemn atmosphere. Everyone stood silent for one
minute, as a profound mourning for the victims in the earthquake in China and
Vietnam, wishing people in these areas re-establish their homes as soon as
possible. Afterwards, the hosts put on a video show of the 35 years of history
of this Japanese Cultural Promotion Association, so as to deepen people’s
understanding of the background, activities and principles of the Association.
Then, one by one, the hosts introduced all the representatives from all
organizations to the meeting. Next, to the rhythm of drums and warm “Cheers!”
the meeting enters its main stage. Served with delicacies, the attendees enjoyed
wonderful performances from Japanese artists, singing, ethnic dancing, magic and
rhythmic gymnastics; performers from Sir Lanka and Cambodia offered their ethnic
dances and children’s wonderful performances attracted people’s attention and
applause. Between the performances, the hosts started a donating project and it
is very moving to see how generous people are in donating. At last, the meeting
successfully ended in the warm atmosphere of carrying forward Olympian spirits
and enhancing Olympian principles.
