All the Party Members Firing at  Jiang Ze Min

By CPC Committee on Promoting Political Reform

June 29, 2001

At the 80th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), we would like to congratulate the 65 illion-member party that has been in power for as long as 52 years. Meanwhile, we also worry about the CCP’s future development.

Any party has the reason and commitment for its existence. Any party has the rights and obligation to rule the country. However, any party has to adjust its structure and correct its shortcomings with the historical development of the mankind and the world trend. By doing so it will be able to benefit the people’s interests of its own country. Otherwise, it would be spurned away by its own people and be sifted out of the historical development.

Before the CCP took over power in Mainland China, with the development at home and abroad, it frequently eliminated the improper leaders and made adjustment to its guidelines for development, which led to the CCP’s rapid expanding and people’s trust in CCP. The CCP eventually won the victory and power as well. Nevertheless, after the CCP was in power, due to its mono-party system, there was no democracy in the party, no supervision of the opponent party, which led to the one-party dictatorship. As a matter of fact, it becomes a system monopolized by ONE leader. That's why there were“Anti-Rightists Campaign” and “Cultural Revolution” during Mao Zedong’s time; the “June 4th Massacre” during Den Xiaoping time; the deep-rooted corruption and brutal tyrant dictatorship nowadays when Jiang Zemin is in power. The people are suffering and living a hard life. The CCP would be bound to perish if the mentioned problems are not completely and thoroughly resolved.

Let bygones by bygones. We must take a good lesson from the disastrous past. Most importantly, we have to examine closely at Jiang Zemin, the CCP President, to see if he is able to rescue the party at power. Does he want to do so? We need to find out whether Jiang Zemin has done something to increase productivity or to ruin the CCP’s opportunity for survival, or to defame the CCP?

The Chinese people and the people of the whole world all clearly know that Jiang Zemin is the President of the Party, Chairman of the State and the Military Committee. He controls the powers of the Party, State and Military, which relate closely to country and people’s fate and future. When Deng Xiaoping was very sick and after he passed away, Jiang Zemin did his utmost to insist his tyrant dictatorship. He brutally suppressed the people in the country and carries out the diplomatic policy of betraying the country and attempting to be hegemonic internationally. By looking at his vicious doings, we can say that Jiang Zemin is the No. 1 traitor since Qing Dynasty in the Chinese history, and furthermore, he can be named as the contemporary tyranny of China.

On Politics

Jiang Zemin intervenes the political reform, practices dictatorship, suppresses and persecutes individuals who propose political reform. In the political field, Jiang harshly criticized the reformers at high ranks. He would demote those political reformers or remove them off the official positions. Some were even expelled with kinds of excuses. In the intellectual and professional fields, Jiang Zemin would terminate those who put forward proposals of political reform, or list their names on the most-wanted for surveillance, or put them in the jail. As for the dissidents who are for political reform and democracy, Jiang Zemin would persecute them by means of fake evidence of “sexual assault” to defame them first. He then sentenced them to imprisonment, or send them to labor camp, or to put them behind the bar without prosecution as “subversion of the state government.” For the mass people who cried for political reform, Jaing Zemin has on one hand, made kinds of regulations to clam down on news media, and have them to make lies to deceive people. On the other hand, he worked out vicious laws to suppress people.

He ignores laws and acts at his own will to disturb the country. Jiang Zemin has not maneuvered the country with laws and regulations, but did it in accordance to his own will and political needs. He expanded the military police to suppress people. He organized inter-net police to block inter-net information to people. He also organized revenue police to force people to pay all kinds of tax. He ordered “severe crackdown” at any time according to his political needs. He launched political campaigns on holidays and sensitive “political days.” In a word, he put the people of whole country in a political terror situation all the year round. There is neither a single calm day for the country nor that for the people at all.

He connived at corruption, indulged the corrupted officials, and protected bureaucratic criminal regimes. He sentenced Chen Xitong (former Mayor of Beijing) to 12-year imprisonment only, who should have been sentenced to death according to his crime. His purpose was to indulge and win the support from the high rank officials related to Chen Xitong’s case. In the “Yuan Hua Case”, which shocked people at home and abroad, Jiang would have rather killed 21 lower rank corrupted officials and indulged the key corrupted official who has a close tie to him. With the policy of opposing corruption, he got rid of those who held different opinions, indulged corrupted officials, so that they would be loyal to Jaing Zemin. Thus, what Jiang Zemin has protected is indeed a huge bureaucratic criminal regime.

He spent money like water, and fleeced people for fulfillment of his dream for an Emperor. Jiang Zemin, ignoring people’s poverty, spent as much as thousand millions of dollars to conduct celebration of 50th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China and military parade. Thus, he was able to show off his prestige in China nowadays. He followed steps of the emperor of China’s feudal society and built up a Century Forum for his so-called achievements during his ruling of the country. He purchased individual plane at a cost of several billions of US dollars. He also spent huge amount of money to set up Xi Dan Grand Theater for his luxury enjoyment while he is alive and for having a niche in history after his death.

He attempts to rule the country in a feudalist style and promoted his son and relatives to the important positions. His son, Jiang Jinghen, was promoted to be the Director of an Institute of Science in Shanghai after he obtained his Ph.D. degree. Soon after that, he was selected to be the Vice President of Chinese Academy of Social Science, at the official rank as a Vice Secretary of a Ministry. Shortly after that, he was allowed to do business, monopolizes the electronic information industry and occupies the key market in high tech industry of electronic products. The next step is that Jiang Zemin will have his son to join the supreme level of power in the Central Committee of the CCP to be his successor. Jaing Zemin not only wants to monopolize the whole country but also wants to inherit the power to his son.He attempts to turn the current government into Jiang Dynasty.

On Economy

On one hand, Jiang Zemin tried his best to propose the group ownership for bureaucratic monopoly capitalists and carried out the economyopening policy of non-surveillance on totalitarian bureaucratic class and allowed them to loot the state property and social fortunes by illegal means. On the other hand, Jiang Zemin cried out that he would let all private owners go bankrupt. Under his control, the people are living in poverty. Only a handful of people become very rich, and the majority of the Chinese live a poor life. There is a huge gap between rich and poor, which is in conformity with a Chinese saying, “while the rich is drinking and eating there is the poor died of cold and hunger.” He did not realize the goal set up by Deng Xiaoping that “Every family will be rich by year 2000,” nevertheless, about over 30 million of workers become unemployed. Over 900 million peasants carry heavy burden of all kinds of taxes. People in many counties are under the poverty line and thousands of children are unable to go to school due to poverty. Hundreds of poor people could not afford to see a doctor when they are sick and died of illness because they had no money to go to hospitals. In a word, under the leadership of Jiang Zemin, China has become a country that the “corrupted people are getting richer and the prostitution business is getting more prosperous.”

On Diplomatic Policy

Jiang Zemin put forward a policy of betray China and cession of territory for peace. He signed with the Russian government the “New Treaty on Chinese-Russia Border Line. He disregarded the Negotiation Principle for Chinese and Russia Territory insisted by former Chinese governments and recognized the Nine Non-equality Treaty for Chinese and Russia that had been rejected by former Chinese government leaders. He ceded Chinese territory to Russia at an area of as large as 100 Taiwan and opened air space of as long as 100 miles on the border to Russia. Jiang begged for peace while he is in power from the Russia Empire by giving up Chinese territory, sovereignty and national dignity.

On the Policy for the Unification of China

In dealing with Taiwan, Jiang Zemin has no creative strategy but military attack threats, which led to Taiwan people’s doubts on the unification of China. Jiang Zemin kowtowed to foreigners whereas takes strict measures in dealing with Taiwan disputes. He is in an attempt to use the new policy of “three eliminations” to clamp down Taiwan. This reflects that Jiang Zemin’s Taiwan policy is against the will of the people in Taiwan.

Jiang Zemin went against the principle of “One Nation, Two Systems” in dealing with Hong Kong. Shortly after its returning to Mainland, Jiang Zemin interfered in the internal administration in Hong Kong. He demanded Hong Kong administration to make laws similar to Mainland on State Security and Public Security. This impressed world people that the Chinese government says one thing but acts another, which reveals Jiang Zemin’s true meaning on “One Nation, Two Systems.”

On Military Affairs

Jiang Zemin elaborated to launch a high tech war, and start to concentrate on constructions after war is over. He purchased a large quantity of arms and ammunition, increased indefinitely the expenses on military, and conducted frequent experiments on various kinds of arms, as if he would announce the war at any time. The former Soviet Union made every effort in military competition and weakened the state economy. Now, the Jiang Zemin regime attempted to be a super power in the world in spite of people’s poor life and larger number of unemployed workers. He is ambitious to become the hegemony in the world in the name of strengthening the nation’s economy. By doing so, he would be able to keep his dictatorship in China. As a result, China will not be able to develop rapidly, people will live an even poorer life, and eventually, the whole nation will be in a difficult and disastrous situation.

On Culture and Religion

Jiang Zemin suppressed harshly the reviving of Chinese traditional culture, especially in the field of religion and Qi Gong. He brutally crackdown the practitioners of Qi Gong and the religious disciples. He launched the second “Cultural Revolution.” He banned the Chinese traditional culture, which would ruin the Chinese traditional morality.

On Personality Characters

Jiang Zemin is person of no high morality. While he called on people to fight against corruption, he himself lives an extravagant life. He promoted his mistress to the important position despite of eligibility. The swimming pool where he excused for exercising is in deed a place for him to play with hookers. He likes to show himself off and made a fool of himself on many occasions abroad. At the celebration of Anniversary of Macao Returning to Mainland, Jiang Zemin would hold hand of the gambler’s mistress and sang the song, “I miss him (her).” He liked to make the gesture of comb his hair at the special occasion in the international communication. He even made a laughing stock of himself by grabbing the Honor Medal of others and put it on himself. He cursed Hong Kong journalists when he met with them. In public, he would have others to carry his shoes and tie the shoelaces for him. He acted like an Emperor in ancient times. Being a president and leader of the party and the country, Jiang Zeming can not tell beauty from ugliness, from kindness to viciousness. How could we place the hope on him to restore the positive image of the CCP, and to guide China towards successful future. As the saying goes, “When those above behave unworthily, those below will do the same.” He is responsible for the reason that makes the Party defamed among the people and cultivates the bureaucratic corruption.

A recent resource disclosed that Jiang Zemin came from a family that his father was a staff worked for the Japanese. However, he lied to the party that he was a son of a revolutionary martyr. For such a lie, he is not eligible to be a party member, let alone the President of the CCP. No wonder he knew how to protect himself and escaped himself from all political campaign. As long as he is in power, he does not take into serious consideration of people’s interests. He makes use of the CCP to make fortunes, and dreams to be an emperor as long as he has the power. He is the tyranny and totalitarian who practices dictatorship on the Chinese people.

What Jiang Zemin has done since he was selected as the President of the CCP and Chairman of Military Committee of CCP is beyond words. He is incapable to rescue the CCP, and not qualified to head the CCP and the Military Committee of CCP. What he brings the people, the country and the CCP are disasters, poverty, backwards, shame, and future attack.

Jiang Zemin is the outcome of the CCP’s dictatorship politics. There will be another Jiang Zemin type leader if the political system is not reformed.

The reform for the CCP is the only way to end the dictatorship and to carry out democracy.

By carrying out modern democracy politics, China will be rescued so as to the CCP.

A leader has his special function in history. To conduct political reform, the first thing to do is to replace the operator of the political machine. Only by dismissing Jiang Zemin can the political reform of CCP be successful.

At the time of the celebration on the 80th anniversary of the CCP, we call on all the party members, the people, the officers and soldiers of the People’s Liberation Army to denounce indignantly Jiang Zemin for the sake of CCP’s future, and the fate of the nation and the people as well. We have to strike to fight against the Jiang Zemin regime and to bring an end to Jiang Zemin’s political career in monopolizing the party, political power and military. He has to be prosecuted at the court. The CCP has to elect its own president by means of democratic election within the party circle, who will be able to carry out political reform and to build up an advanced society. The Chinese people need a Chairman who really cares about them. The People’s Liberation Army needs a Chairman who is qualified to head the Army, Navy and Air Force.
