Drug Addiction Prevail in Guangxi and Yunnan Troops
Recently, the Military Discipline Committee of Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party released the report about army officers’ drug taking. Many of them in Military Regions in Zhuang Nationality in Guangxi Autonomous Region and Yunan have become drug addicts. Moreover, they sell opium to other Military regions. Since 1997, many drug-drop medial centers have been set up for military officers in Simao, Yunan Province, Qingzhou, Guizhou Province and Anshun, Guizhou Province. Over three thousand army officers are receiving treatment to give up drugs.
