On the Political Persecuting Incidents on Wang Bingzhang,
Peng Ming and Zhang Hongbao in Recent Years
　

On July 16th, CSG, Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance and International Zhong Gong Headquarters Inc. held a press conference in CSG office in Pasadena, L.A., announcing, protesting and appealing on the matter of Wang Bingzhang, Peng Ming and Zhang Hongbao being persecuted constantly in recent years, to disclose the fact that CCP has been ruthlessly persecuting political dissident leaders with solid proofs and specific personal experiences.

Special assistant Xiang Lin of the President of CSG read “The Announcement on Peng Ming Incident” at the conference, representing CSG and Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance. He pointed out that, Peng Ming Incident was the realization of a well-designed trapping plan, of political persecution nature. CCP trapped Peng Ming not because of counterfeit notes, but because Peng Ming set up Chinese Federal Government and was elected the Interim President. It was a completely political incident of persecution. It is the same in nature with the trapping incident in Germany in 2001 that aimed at Zhang Hongbao which was known to very limited few and it is also the same with the trapping of Wang Bingzhang in Vietnam in 2002 Both Zhang Hongbao and Wang Bingzhang are heavyweight political leaders who had set up rival party governments.

“The Announcement” has the following requests: (1) CCP government unconditionally releases Mr. Peng Ming, the interim President of Chinese Federal Government, and stops the political persecution to Peng Ming. (2) Appeal to US Congress to pay attention to the trapping of Peng Ming and to adopt active measures to rescue Peng Ming. (3) Overseas Chinese alignment should get united, in recognizing the whole situation, in keeping in mind of the interests of the alignment, in trying to look at the circumstances in the eyes of statesmanship, in leaving behind the old scores, in trying to pay virtues to evils, in order to rescue Peng Ming, to disclose CCP’s scheme in recklessly persecuting political dissidents, to get together to denounce CCP’s national terrorism.

Zhonggong representative Wendy put forward an appeal at the conference, representing International Zong Gong Headquarters Inc., Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance and CSG, “The Appeal for Wang Bingzhang to Get Medical Treatment in USA and for releasing Jiang Yanyong and Li Guoyou, etc.” The Appeal says, “We care about Wang Bingzhang, not only because Wang is a leader in Chinese Democratic movement, but also because Wang was once the employee at International Zong Gong Headquarters Inc. and a committed follower of Mr. Zhang Hongbao’s. The political persecution to Wang Bingzhang is the political persecution to Zhonggong and Zhonggong followers.” The Appeal also says, “Due to the fact that CCP threw Wang into a single cell for a long time, Wang’s health has seriously deteriorated. When his family went to visit him after a trip of thousands of miles, the prison only allowed 20 minutes of meeting separated by a wall. The persecution has gone to extremes and it is a huge insult to China which has been well known for its civilization, as a populous nation. We reject CCP’s accusation of Wang’s “criminal record”. Out of humanitarian reasons, we appeal to the CCP to give Wang Bingzhang the right of enjoying medical care, allowing Wang to come to USA to get medical treatment. At the same time, we hope the prison leaders will not become the sacrificial objects in the cruel CCP system.”

Wendy also denounced CCP’s illegal detaining and persecuting Jiang Yanyong, arresting Li Guoyou, who posted “Eight Motions from CSG” on line and his act got very extensive responses, and threw him into labor camp. The Appeal asks CCP government to release Jiang Yanyong and Li Guoyou immediately, and asks the international society to add pressure to China, to help release Jiang Yanyong and Li Guoyou.

The deputy secretary-in-chief Liu Yinquan of Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance read “Protest to CCP’s Behavior of Assassination, Trapping and Kidnapping Political Dissidents’ Leaders”, representing CSG, Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance and International Zong Gong Headquarters Inc.. He pointed out that Peng Ming’s being trapped wasn’t the only one in the similar cases targeting political dissident leaders. As early as Dec. 3, 1999, CCP tried to assassin Mr. Zhang Hongbao and failed. On Nov. 29, 2001, CCP tried to trap Mr. Zhang Hongbao again after he was granted political asylum by US government and failed. On June 27 2002, CCP kidnapped Dr. Wang Bingzhang out of Chinese territory. On Oct. 17 2003, CCP tried to kill Mr. Zhang Hongbao again and failed. On May 26 this year, Peng Ming was trapped and brought back to China. During this period, there was another assassinating plan being making and failed, which was much appalling.

Liu Yinquan said, In the recent years, CCP’s targeting political leaders have bloomed in methods---besides the usual assassination, trapping and kidnapping, they also invented vexatious suit, legal exchanges, trading in Presidential Campaign, taking advantage of news focus, throwing dirty water over political dissident leaders by tangling them into criminal cases, taking over the positions that don’t belong to them, bluffing, bribing and seducing with sex, canvassing Congress, making use of other person to get rid of enemy and media to criminate person in the public opinion and national profit to deal with each other under table, a criminal making a suit, a thief crying “Stop thief”, despoiling in daylight and dark, etc. which is dubbed as “Limit-exceeding Campaign”. The treacherous methods simply show how shameless how dirty they are to an extreme. They also set up the headquarters in handling some political dissident leaders, such as the “Command Center of 911 Act”---shortened as “911 Office” which is to targeting Mr. Zhang Hongbao. Now, CCP has totally gained the ability to continue in persecuting Chinese political dissident leaders by taking advantage of the changing US legal and political situations to use, to influence and control.

Liu Yinquan protested strongly to such atrocities and dirty trick of CCP’s, representing CSG, Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance and International Zong Gong Headquarters Inc.. He appealed to US society, governments of all countries in the world, the UN and international opinion to pay attention to CCP’s behavior, to stop CCP’s arrogant acts, to adopt some measures to control them. We just can’t allow CCP to go on like this in the world.

Liu Yinquan also pointed out that today, if the international society can’t effectively stop CCP’s national terrorist behavior, tomorrow, there will be more people be kidnapped, trapped and murdered, in the evil smile of CCP’s.

He further appealed that US government, US Congress investigate in the wild activities of CCP’s special agents in the United States, esp. the three cases that Wang Bingzhang, Peng Ming and Zhang Hongbao were targeted in assassination, trapping and kidnapping. We appeal to you, to isolate each of these special agents’ activities, to crack their organizations. We hope you will focus on the CCP special agents who have been “the sleeper cells” in Washington D.C for many years and crack them for the sake of national interests. We appeal to you to offer strong political, humanitarian and legal protections to Chinese political dissident leaders in USA.

The press conference was hosted by Zhou Yongjun, the secretary-in-chief of Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance. Many media agencies have sent their reporters to attend the conference.
